The Story

Back in his twenties, everybody called my dad Vinny.

Decades later, we put it on the side of a truck. He's Irish and Italian — which is why there's a shamrock tucked into an Italian flag on our logo, and why the food leans Italian but the welcome feels like a pub.

I'm the daughter making sure every sangweech lives up to the name. He taught me the recipes. I'm the one at the window. Come find out what the fuss is about.
